The lobby is a bustling place and looks impressive as soon as you arrive on the floor. Check-in was handled quickly and professionally. My room was clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and well maintained.

Had a very pleasant stay here! The hotel’s architecture and aesthetics are incredible. The lobby and restaurant/bar has a breathtaking, historic atmosphere. The rooms themselves are modern and updated. The bed was so comfortable. The menu for their main restaurant was impressive, and the food very tasty. The service was impeccable, my server Johnathon was fantastic. Very attention, personable, and professional. Look forward to staying here again!

We stayed at Hotel Cleveland for a quick overnight staycation and absolutely loved it! We used points for our one-night stay and were so impressed from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning. I was in awe of the historic architecture and timeless charm. Our check-in experience set the tone for a great stay. Robert at the front desk was fantastic, so friendly, personable, and genuinely engaging. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but this interaction really stood out. It felt more like chatting with a friend than a typical check-in! Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and continued the gorgeous art deco style found throughout the hotel. It felt modern and updated without losing the classic character that makes the building so special. We also loved that the hotel connects directly to the casino—it made for a fun and easy evening out without ever having to step outside. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we’re already talking about planning another date night here soon. Hotel Cleveland perfectly blends historic elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Hotel Cleveland Autograph Collection was nothing short of exceptional. We chose this amazing property to celebrate my birthday and our mini moon, and it turned out to be the perfect place to mark such a special weekend. From the moment we arrived, Sunny Miloshev went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and truly enjoying every moment of our stay. Sunny’s passion, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. When you meet people like that during your travels, it transforms a great trip into an unforgettable one — and it’s exactly what makes you want to come back again. The property itself is gorgeous, beautiful building, it’s insta-friendly, and the whole vibe is great! The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and the bar/restaurants are chic. Truly one of the best properties in Cleveland. A heartfelt thank you as well to Robert, Jeff, and the entire team working behind the scenes. Every interaction was professional, welcoming, and thoughtful. You could really feel the pride they take in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Robert recommended some restaurants and things to do around and truly took the time to help us navigate things around. We’re so grateful to everyone who played a part in making our weekend so wonderful. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for the Sleep Tokem concert at Rocket Arena. I picked it due to proximity and high ratings, I didnt realize that not only is the arena close, its actually connected! You walk about a third of a mile through a shopping mall (with food court) right by Jack's casino, and then follow a pedway that goes to rocket arena as well as the baseball stadium. The rooms were nicely appointed, the staff was friendly, amd the bar had some good scotch. Very convenient.

Wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Clevland. This historic hotel has a wow factor from the moment you walk up to it. The 1918 architectural elements really do shine and make you feel like you took a step back into the modern version of a classic hotel. The service was fantastic from when we walked in, especially from the front desk manager Robert. He gave us great recommendations and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were modern and seem to be recently refinished, we had view of the square and it was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, had wireless charging, and nice ambient lighting. I would also recommend having breakfast at the onsite restaurant, Mowreys. Overall - I will be returning next time I am in Clevland, thank you for a great experience!

We stayed here mostly from seeing the pictures online, it looked exactly like our kind of place. Was close to the places we planned to visit, had a restaurant inside, had rooms big enough for a family of 5. Had a casino attached to the building with inside access which was just bonus points as we like a night out. It checked all the boxes. As we arrived the building, sign and lights were impressive and nostalgic feeling. Valet service was great addition. Checking in was quick and easy, they even included free full size water bottles any time we asked, no limit. Heading to our room for a family of 5 we didn't know what to expect. As we exited the elevator, we walked straight ahead down a short hall that ended in double doors. That was our room!? We've never had a room like this from a hotel. The space was large, had dining room table, living room space and separate bedroom with 2 large beds and large marble tiled bathroom. Views of the city were great from multiple angles. The breakfast restaurant had great breakfast choices while playing post modern jukebox the entire time which was also awesome. Great city views if you're lucky enough to sit by the large window. The bar/restaurant at night was also great, good food choices, good service and plenty of space including couches/comfy chairs for our family to hang out for awhile, eat some food, play cards and spend the evening without being rushed out. Coming from Chicago for a weekend trip, people might say, wow cleveland, must be so exciting.. gotta say, this hotel made the entire trip. We would go back to Cleveland just for this hotel experience again honestly. Side note, my 8 year old lost a tooth one evening while at the restaurant. One of the servers heard about it, brought him an ice cream and $5 of her own money for losing a tooth, beating the tooth fairy to the punch. Ive never been to any restaurant where a server gave US a tip lol. Great place and great people!

Every team member truly goes above and beyond. From the very beginning, even when I wasn’t fully happy with the initial room, the staff were incredibly understanding and proactive. They offered me several alternative options until I found the one that perfectly suited my needs for a long stay, which I truly appreciated. The care didn’t stop there even small details were handled with great attention. When the breakfast area felt a bit cold for me, the team kindly brought a small heater so I could comfortably enjoy my breakfast, especially since I was often working and staying longer in the mornings. From the front desk to the breakfast team, everyone was consistently accommodating, friendly, and always smiling. You can really feel the dedication across all departments, making the entire stay exceptional. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. Giuseppina Di Casola
